Red Atom Networks insists that all of our professionals follow the Code of Conduct detailed below:

Perform the work to the client's satisfaction within the scope and parameters of the agreed to project and remedy any defect in workmanship within 30 days after implementation at no charge

Use generally accepted best practices in the industry and follow relevant codes and laws

Work with the client's schedule as best as possible

Teach the client to use the solution implemented

Pay attention to the aesthetic detail of your work at all times

Neatly organize and label wires and connections

Accurately document the details of the solution

Respect a client's home, office or business as if it were your own

Respect a client's privacy and confidentiality

Neatly clean up and organize any refuse or boxes for the client to either store or discard at the end of every work day

Suggest environmentally friendly 'Green' ways for the recycling, disposing of or donating replaced electronic and computer components and enabling energy-saving control settings of home automation subsystems

Be polite, professional and courteous

Never smoke or drink alcoholic beverages before or during work

Never engage in illicit, illegal or generally questionable behavior before or during work
-
Use clear and non-technical language when working with a client or answering a question

Dress accordingly for the given job or wear any issued uniform apparel

Observe generally acceptable hygiene practices for cleanliness

Wear and clearly display the issued Red Atom Networks ID badge when performing company business
-
Look for ways to further assist a client in getting the most value from their investment in network-centric solutions

Follow the business processes of Red Atom Networks in a timely manner

Observe all OSHA safety recommendations and procedures
