There's a new cable coming to town to end your HDMI woes. HDbaseT is a new composite cable- a single CAT5e/6 cable- that can simultaneously carry HD video, audio, ethernet networking and electric power up to 328 ft. Hmm. HDMI is looking pretty weak in comparison. LG, Sony and Samsung are behind the new cable. Only time will tell if other manufacturers adopt it- HDMI's days could be numbered. What do you think?
