Program Rules and Instructions

General 

1. Anyone can refer someone else to us and be rewarded if that person becomes a client with an initial project > $500- you don't need to be a client to refer

2. There is no cost or committment required to participate

3. You can't refer yourself for a reward

4. The person that you refer must mention your name up front when they contact us

5. We track lead to client conversion

6. You can transfer special promotions, offers and invitations to someone else unless otherwise stated

7. There is no intrinsic or implied cash value given for rewards unless otherwise stated as a pre-negotiated referral fee for professional partners 

8. This program is subject to change or cancellation at anytime without prior notice or residual value

9. There is no intrinsic or implied relationship between Red Atom and a referrer or professional partner

10. Reciprocal referrals are made without obligation to either party involved

11. Rewards and fees are paid after the final invoice is paid by the client

12. All rewards and fees are paid one time on the initial projects contract amount and not on any recurring, add-on, upgrade or future project revenue for the same client
