Program Rules and Instructions: 1. Anyone can refer someone else to us and be rewarded if that person becomes a client- you don't need to be a client 2. You can't refer yourself for a reward 3. The person that you refer must mention your name up front when they contact us 4. We track lead to client conversion 5. We track reward usage 6. You can transfer special promotions, offers and invitations to someone else unless otherwise stated 7. You can transfer up to 2 hours of your reward hours to a single new client- we will contact you to verify that you want to transfer your hours 8. Hours do not expire 9. You can accumulate hours and apply them for support or a new project 10. There is no cash value given for rewards 11.
